Just a little notice for you WordPress users out there that version 2.0.5 of WordPress has been released! This release is just mainly for security fixes, but also includes some minor tweaks/features as well. I’ll update my blog eventually when I have the time.

I got paid by PayPerPost! I love this website, for those of you who don’t know, it’s a site that lets you get paid to blog. I wouldn’t know about this website if it wasn’t for a fellow postie, Mike. Thanks for telling me about it Mike! 
So far I have been paid $534.35! I also will be paid $219.00 in the future. That’s a total of $753.35 I’ve been paid to blog… awesome huh? So far with the money I’ve been paid, I’ve spent it on some tech stuff like RAM for my notebook, a wireless router, and a PDA. In the future I plan to use my money to buy a new cell phone, and a couple other items. The rest of the money, I think I’ll save in the bank.

Just an update, well I did end up getting my Palm TX! UPS just delivered it a little late at night. So far I’m loving it! I got a bunch of cool programs for it, and it comes in really handy. I like how it has wifi and lets me check my email without a computer when I’m at school. I’m going to load it with TomTom and get a bluetooth GPS receiver soon. If you’re looking to get a PDA, I suggest the Palm TX.

Well at PayPerPost, the place where you can get paid to blog, the staff members have started doing video confessionals. They have been posting videos on their blog where various staff members spill the beans and talk about how they feel, what their plans are, etc. I like this idea, I think it’s nice because it lets the community take a look at what’s going on behind the scenes. It shows that they are a friendly company and care about their customers/clients/posties, whatever you want to call them. Here’s the first video, confessions of a Flaming Tamale.

Well it’s 7:00 pm and I still haven’t gotten my package yet! Come on UPS, where are you? Usually they deliver stuff to my house during the afternoon. The tracking number says it’s “Out for delivery” so I’m still expecting it any minute now. I hope it isn’t delayed. 
What sucks is that even when I get it, I won’t be able to use it right away because you’re supposed to charge the PDA for three hours. If it comes any later, I may not even get to use it at all today!
